Version 1.0 · Effective 4 October 2026

PLANERGY AI™ Participant Terms of Use

Version: 1.0
Effective date: 4 October 2026
Provider: Planergy Productions Pty Ltd
ABN: 15 643 951 928
Service: PLANERGY AI™ 30-Day AI Workforce Accelerator

1. About these Participant Terms

These Participant Terms of Use apply when you participate in the PLANERGY AI™ 30-Day AI Workforce Accelerator.

PLANERGY AI is provided by Planergy Productions Pty Ltd.

Your organisation has arranged access to the program and has invited you to participate.

These Terms govern your personal access to and participation in PLANERGY AI. They operate alongside the PLANERGY AI Privacy Policy and the commercial agreement between PLANERGY AI and your organisation.

2. Your participation

PLANERGY AI is a structured organisational AI adoption program.

During the program, you may be asked to:

  • complete assessments and learning activities;
  • provide information about your role and work;
  • examine workflows and work practices;
  • complete simulations or practical activities;
  • identify and investigate potential AI opportunities;
  • test or verify AI-assisted approaches;
  • contribute evidence;
  • participate in implementation activity where applicable; and
  • provide information used to assess organisational AI adoption.

The activities presented to you may depend on the evidence generated during the program.

3. Personal access

Your PLANERGY AI access is intended for you.

You must not:

  • give another person your secure access link or credentials;
  • impersonate another participant;
  • complete activities on behalf of another participant;
  • allow another person to submit responses as you; or
  • deliberately interfere with participant, organisational or program records.

If you believe your access has been compromised, you should notify PLANERGY AI or the appropriate program contact.

4. Program timing and progression

PLANERGY AI is structured as a 30-day program following induction and authorised organisational activation.

Program progression may depend on evidence, completion requirements, organisational decisions and program gates rather than calendar time alone.

Access to a particular activity does not guarantee that every possible implementation or program pathway will occur.

5. AI-assisted work

PLANERGY AI teaches and evaluates the use of artificial intelligence in work contexts.

AI may assist with activities such as:

  • analysis;
  • drafting;
  • classification;
  • research;
  • synthesis;
  • workflow support; and
  • other defined program tasks.

AI-generated material can be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate or misleading.

You remain responsible for applying appropriate human judgement to your work.

6. Human judgement

PLANERGY AI does not replace professional judgement, organisational authority or human responsibility.

You should:

  • verify important AI-generated information;
  • use appropriate source material;
  • apply your organisation's policies and controls;
  • consider confidentiality, privacy, security and risk;
  • escalate matters where appropriate; and
  • obtain required human approval before relying on AI-generated material in operational work.

Participation in PLANERGY AI does not transfer responsibility for your work to Planergy Productions Pty Ltd or an AI system.

7. Your organisation's rules

You must continue to comply with the lawful policies, procedures, professional obligations and information-handling requirements that apply to your role.

PLANERGY AI does not authorise you to disregard an organisational control merely because an activity involves AI.

If a PLANERGY AI activity appears to conflict with an applicable organisational requirement, you should not override that requirement. Raise the issue through the appropriate program or organisational channel.

8. Information you provide

You should provide information that is accurate and genuinely reflects your work, experience or program activity.

Do not deliberately fabricate evidence, completion, results, implementation activity or other program information.

The quality of organisational findings depends in part on the quality of evidence supplied during the program.

9. Confidential participant responses

PLANERGY AI is designed so that confidential individual participant responses are not routinely exposed to client management as individual answers.

Your organisation may receive information including:

  • participation or completion status;
  • organisational findings;
  • aggregated evidence;
  • evidence-supported opportunities;
  • implementation information;
  • program measurements; and
  • other management-facing outputs permitted by PLANERGY AI's evidence and privacy controls.

This distinction is intended to support meaningful participant evidence while maintaining appropriate organisational visibility.

It does not mean that every piece of information supplied during the program is anonymous.

10. Pseudonymous evidence

PLANERGY AI may use a participant identifier rather than your name when storing or processing program evidence.

This is pseudonymity, not complete anonymity.

PLANERGY AI may retain a controlled association between your participant identifier and participant record where required for legitimate purposes such as:

  • secure access;
  • program administration;
  • support;
  • correction;
  • security;
  • auditability; and
  • legal compliance.

You should not assume that information supplied through PLANERGY AI can never be associated with your participant record.

11. Organisational visibility

Your organisation may need to know whether you have been invited, commenced, completed required activities or are up to date with program participation.

PLANERGY AI may therefore provide authorised Client Leads with participation and progress information.

This does not give the Client Lead a general right to inspect confidential individual assessment responses.

12. Evidence use

Information generated through participation may contribute to evidence concerning matters such as:

  • AI capability;
  • work practices;
  • workflows;
  • organisational opportunities;
  • constraints;
  • implementation readiness;
  • implementation activity; and
  • organisational outcomes or measurements.

PLANERGY AI may analyse and synthesise this evidence to generate organisational findings and reports.

Observed evidence and analytical conclusions should not be treated as guarantees of future organisational outcomes.

13. Opportunity identification

An opportunity identified during the program is not automatically a recommendation to implement it.

Potential opportunities may require further investigation, qualification, authority, risk assessment or organisational decision-making.

Your participation does not give you authority to implement an identified opportunity unless that authority exists independently or is expressly provided by your organisation.

14. Implementation activity

PLANERGY AI may support implementation activity where the evidence generated during the program supports it and the organisation authorises it.

Not every organisation, participant or identified opportunity will proceed to implementation.

A valid program outcome may include no implementations.

Where implementation occurs, relevant organisational approval, governance and human oversight continue to apply.

15. Supporting documents and uploads

You may be asked to upload or provide supporting information.

Only provide material that is reasonably relevant to the requested activity and that you are authorised to provide.

Do not unnecessarily provide:

  • passwords or authentication credentials;
  • payment-card details;
  • unrelated personal information;
  • highly sensitive information;
  • confidential information you are not authorised to disclose;
  • third-party information that is not required for the activity; or
  • material whose use would breach law, confidentiality, intellectual property rights or organisational policy.

16. Privacy

Personal information associated with your participation is handled in accordance with the PLANERGY AI Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains matters including:

  • information we collect;
  • how it is used;
  • participant confidentiality;
  • pseudonymity;
  • AI-assisted processing;
  • service providers;
  • security;
  • retention;
  • access and correction; and
  • privacy enquiries and complaints.

You should read the Privacy Policy before participating.

17. AI processing of program information

Information provided through PLANERGY AI may be processed using AI-enabled systems as part of program delivery, evidence processing, analysis, classification or synthesis.

AI processing does not remove PLANERGY AI's evidence, privacy and access controls.

You should nevertheless avoid providing information that is unnecessary for the activity being completed.

18. Intellectual property

PLANERGY AI and its underlying materials, systems, frameworks, methods, program structure, content, designs, software and proprietary processes are owned by or licensed to Planergy Productions Pty Ltd.

Participation does not transfer ownership of PLANERGY AI intellectual property to you or your organisation.

You may use program materials made available to you for your authorised participation in the program.

Unless expressly authorised, you must not:

  • reproduce substantial PLANERGY AI materials for external distribution;
  • sell or commercially exploit PLANERGY AI materials;
  • copy proprietary program architecture;
  • provide another organisation with access to restricted program materials; or
  • attempt to extract or reproduce protected PLANERGY AI systems or methods beyond ordinary authorised use.

These restrictions do not affect rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. Your materials

You or your organisation retain ownership of materials supplied to PLANERGY AI, subject to any rights that already belong to another person.

You grant Planergy Productions Pty Ltd the rights reasonably necessary to process and use those materials to provide, secure, administer and support PLANERGY AI and to perform the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and applicable client agreement.

You must only provide material you are authorised to provide.

20. Confidentiality

You may encounter confidential information belonging to your organisation, other people or PLANERGY AI during participation.

You must handle that information appropriately and in accordance with applicable obligations.

You must not use PLANERGY AI as a means to obtain another participant's confidential responses.

21. Acceptable use

You must not use PLANERGY AI to:

  • break the law;
  • deliberately harm another person;
  • gain unauthorised access to systems or information;
  • circumvent security or privacy controls;
  • introduce malicious code;
  • disrupt the service;
  • impersonate another person;
  • deliberately manipulate evidence or program records;
  • extract confidential responses belonging to another participant; or
  • use the service in a manner materially inconsistent with its authorised organisational purpose.

22. Professional and regulated matters

PLANERGY AI does not provide legal, financial, medical, clinical or other regulated professional advice merely by providing AI adoption activities or outputs.

Where work involves regulated, professional, safety-critical or otherwise high-risk decisions, appropriate qualified human judgement and organisational controls must be applied.

23. No guarantee of outcome

Participation in PLANERGY AI does not guarantee:

  • a particular AI capability level;
  • a particular implementation;
  • financial savings;
  • productivity gains;
  • revenue increases;
  • employment outcomes;
  • certification;
  • regulatory compliance; or
  • any other specific organisational or personal result.

PLANERGY AI provides a structured evidence and adoption process. Outcomes depend on circumstances including participant evidence, organisational decisions, implementation conditions and factors outside our control.

24. Service availability

We aim to provide reliable access to PLANERGY AI but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Access may occasionally be affected by maintenance, security events, third-party services, technical problems or circumstances outside reasonable control.

Where appropriate, we may take steps to restore access or preserve program continuity.

25. Suspension or restriction

We may restrict or suspend participant access where reasonably necessary to:

  • protect security;
  • investigate suspected misuse;
  • respond to an organisational entitlement change;
  • comply with law;
  • protect another person's information;
  • prevent material interference with the service; or
  • enforce these Terms.

Where practicable and appropriate, access issues will be handled consistently with the organisation's program status and applicable contractual obligations.

26. End of access

Your access may end when:

  • the program concludes;
  • your organisation's entitlement ends;
  • your participation is legitimately withdrawn;
  • access is terminated under applicable contractual arrangements;
  • security requires access to be revoked; or
  • continued access is no longer authorised.

Ending participant access does not necessarily require deletion of historical evidence, acceptance, security, audit or other records that PLANERGY AI is permitted or required to retain.

27. Privacy and program questions

If you have a privacy concern, you may contact PLANERGY AI directly using the contact information in the Privacy Policy.

For ordinary program administration questions, you may contact the appropriate Client Lead or PLANERGY AI support channel.

You do not need management permission merely to raise a privacy concern with PLANERGY AI.

28. Changes to these Terms

These Terms may be updated to reflect changes in PLANERGY AI, law, technology or program operation.

The current version and effective date will be made available through PLANERGY AI.

Where a new acceptance is required, PLANERGY AI may ask you to review and accept the updated Terms before continuing.

Historical acceptance records will retain the version accepted at the relevant time.

29. Acceptance

Before beginning the applicable participant program activities, you may be required to confirm:

“I have read and agree to the PLANERGY AI™ Participant Terms of Use and acknowledge the PLANERGY AI™ Privacy Policy.”

PLANERGY AI may record:

  • your participant identifier;
  • the Participant Terms version;
  • the Privacy Policy version;
  • the acceptance timestamp; and
  • the acceptance source or event.

This acceptance is separate from the Client Terms accepted by the organisation purchasing PLANERGY AI.

30. Governing law

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or modifies any right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or modified.
